The Hainan Chamber of Commerce of China International Chamber of Commerce (hereinafter referred to as the Hainan Chamber of Commerce) is a social organization under the supervision of the Hainan Provincial Committee of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (hereinafter referred to as the Provincial Council for the Promotion of International Trade).
